We’re setting our sights on building Monaco into THE world capital of volleyball, championing women on and off the court.
MISSION
Vision Monaco is female-driven, formed by professional volleyball players aspiring to build a club that is sustainable for the community, environment, and embodies excellence.
Since 1953, ASM Volleyball has enabled Monegasques to compete in the neighboring French volleyball league.
In January 2025, the senior women’s team is on the brink of promotion to the second division, and we see this as an opportunity to build a team that, over the next three years, will ascends the ranks of the French Ligue Nationale de Volley LNV and the CEV Champions League.

Our ambition is to organize one of the biggest beach volleyball tournaments in Europe every summer at Port Hercule.
Volleyball is always in-season in Monaco.

Vision Monaco recognizes that ASM volleyball offers the unique opportunity to be the first elite European female pro club for indoor and beach volleyball.
We aim to change the way we tell our story and the narrative of who we are as athletes.

We want to optimize club structure : further develop administrative staff, increase local youth volleyball development pipeline, introduce an eco-friendly and sustainable model of sport, innovate fan interaction, and team-up with big players that play with even bigger hearts.

With former Olympians Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene that encourage youth sport development with their respective foundations, we wish to enrich their initiatives.
We recognize the tight-knit, international community of Monaco and how sports unify people and positively molds children into tomorrow’s leaders.
COMMUNITY
Already built, the 3 beach volleyball courts overlooking Monaco have been home to ASM volleyball since 2021.
The fondation is there.
And Vision Monaco is seeking like-minded visionaries to partner with us and be an integral part in getting this project off the ground and become the next big thing in women’s sports.
